Our Shipping Policy
Currently, we only provide shipping to Malaysia only. For the friends from other countries, please do contact us for shipping rate!

Postage Fees & Normal Charges
Mate With You gives RM8 postage to West Malaysia (For 5kg or below only)

We charges RM16 for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). We will then bear the balance of the shipping fees, 35% petrol and shipping fee surcharge by the government..

Delivery Time
We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. Our Shipping would be done within 24 hours working day, and for estimation duration would be in 3 days for customer to receive the product for West Malaysia, and 10 days for customer to receive the product for East Malaysia. We hope our beloved customers might note that Mate With You does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can.

Office Hours are from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

During Promotion Periods
During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual next day delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.
