Welcome to Mate With You. We are a Malaysia-based intimate lifestyle retailer offering ready-stock products and discreet delivery. Here are clear answers to the questions customers ask most.

Orders & Stock

Are your products ready stock in Malaysia?

Yes. Our available items are stocked locally in Malaysia unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. We do not normally ship customer orders from US or overseas warehouses. If an ordered item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Can I order at any time?

You can place an order or send an enquiry at any time. Dispatch and express-delivery availability depend on your address, stock and our delivery team. We will confirm timing before arranging a local express delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can normally help before dispatch, but a parcel that has already been handed to a delivery partner may not be cancellable or editable.

Delivery & Payment

Do you offer one-hour delivery?

We offer an express local delivery option in selected Klang Valley areas. Around one hour is a service target for eligible orders after confirmation, not a guaranteed arrival time for every address or order. Contact us to confirm availability, fees and the estimated delivery window.

What about the rest of Malaysia?

We arrange courier shipping for eligible destinations in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Courier delivery is separate from Klang Valley express delivery. Shipping methods, charges and any applicable promotions are displayed or confirmed at checkout.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD may be available in selected Klang Valley locations for eligible orders, generally with a minimum order value of RM60. Eligibility and any distance-based delivery fees must be confirmed before dispatch. COD is not offered automatically to every postcode.

Is there free shipping?

Our advertised free-shipping threshold is RM300 for eligible orders. Eligibility, destinations and exclusions are subject to the shipping option shown at checkout. Express local delivery may have separate charges.

How do I track my order?

For courier shipments, use your tracking details on our Track Order page. Local express orders may be coordinated directly with our team.

Privacy & Products

Will the outside of the parcel reveal what I bought?

No. We use plain, discreet outer packaging without an adult-product name or product description on the outside. Courier labels still contain the information needed to deliver your parcel.

Are the product photos and prices accurate?

We aim to show the correct product, available variants and current prices. Please read the product page, including size, colour, included accessories and any variant-specific availability before ordering. Contact us if anything is unclear.

Returns & Support

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

For hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products generally cannot be returned for change of mind. You may contact us within 30 days of delivery about an unused, unopened item; eligibility depends on the product type and condition. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products. Read our Returns Policy.

What if my item is defective, damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us promptly, ideally within 7 days after delivery for shipping damage, with your order number and clear photos or a short video where appropriate. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with our policies and applicable Malaysian consumer law. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Does every product have a warranty?

Warranty coverage depends on the item and any warranty advertised at the time of purchase. Please check the product page or contact us with your order details. Our Warranty & Returns page explains how to submit a claim.
